Because a lot of the inconvenience is in the placement of bus stops, and amenities at same, it will require some amount of working with cities and towns, but it's one of those details that's easy to get wrong, and can make for a very frustrating experience when you just miss your connection because you're running from the other stop which is inexplicably far, and now you have to wait 30 minutes.
