It's currently called "Commuter Rail" but if we want bigger, better things for it, we should rebrand it as "Regional Rail" with a mission statement to match. I think having a functional regional rail system (especially with a N/S Connector) would be a huge boon for the region, but we need to shift mindsets about what the rail is and should be.
